General Conditions of Free Size Exchange in Italy
The Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s company carries out shipments throughout Italy and around the world using only the best couriers such as SDA, BRT, DHL, Fedex, GLS... You are entitled to a Free Size Change when:
- You purchased the products on the website www.michelangelocollezioni.it without using a discount code. The first size change will be free.
Subsequent size changes will cost €10 VAT included.
- the size change is free only once.
- the size change is free when the offer is active on the site. Contact support via Live Chat Service, WhatsApp number or email to find out more.
- the Free Size Change is only possible if you have not used any discount code. It is also possible to change the product or model for free if you have not used any discount code, otherwise the cost will always be subject to a fee.
- The Michelangelo Collezioni company reserves the right to refuse exchange requests sent by customers more than 14 working days after delivery
General Conditions of Free Product or Model Exchange in Italy
The Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s company is always on the side of its customers and for this reason it is possible to request a free model change. You are entitled to a Free Product or Model Exchange when:
- You purchased the products on the website www.michelangelocollezioni.it without using a discount code. Subsequent model changes will cost €10 VAT included.
- Product Exchange is free when you request it for the first time.
- Product Exchange is only possible if you have not used the free “Size Exchange” service.
- The Michelangelo Collezioni company reserves the right to refuse exchange requests sent by customers more than 14 days after delivery.
How do I change my Size or Model?
MICHELANGELO COLLEZIONI S.R.L.S aims to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If the size purchased is not the right one or you have decided to change model, contact support via Chat Service, WhatsApp number or by sending an email.
How to proceed:
1)If you think you are entitled to the Free Exchange Click here and download the Request Form. You can also fill it out on your computer or smartphone without having to print it. Forward the Request Form via e-mail to info@michelangelocollezioni.it
2) At this point make sure you have closed the box carefully. Remember that the garment must have a tag and must not show signs of wear caused by the customer.
3) The designated courier will pass by the address you specified to collect the product to be replaced.
4) As soon as the returned jacket is delivered, the company will take one working day to ship the new size or model, depending on availability.
Size Replacement - Europe / Extra Europe
MICHELANGELO COLLEZIONI S.R.L.S aims to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If the size purchased is not the right one, we can replace it for you.

(9.00am/5.00pm) Thanks to our international couriers it will be sent to you the best price based on the shipping location - Europe/non-Europe (the agreed sums will be charged to you via the PAYPAL website) It is NOT possible to use the collection service from the comfort of your home. As soon as you arrive at the company, we will take care of sending you the exchange for the new desired size on the same day. You can use your email address to check the tracking of the package and wait comfortably for the courier at your home.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RULES FOR RETURN
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014 "Implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights", amending Directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC and repealing Directives 85/577/EEC and 97 /7/CE", the Consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the goods and obtain a refund of the value of the products in compliance with the following methods:
1. The consumer must complete in all its parts with legible characters the Authorized Goods Return Form (RMA form), which can be downloaded at the end of this page and send it to the following e-mail address, info@michelangelocollezioni.it In case of missing or omissions in completing the aforementioned form, Michelangelo S.R.L.s will in no way be able to take charge of the Consumer's request.
2. If the return request is accepted, Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s will send a confirmation email indicating on the document the RMA Authorization Number (Authorized Return of Goods), company stamp and signature in the appropriate reference section.
3. The Customer must include the RMA form in the package to be returned to the courier who will collect everything and affix the return label himself. Close the box tightly and make sure it is well sealed.
4. The Customer will subsequently be contacted by the courier to take charge of the return (only in Italy).
5. The return of the product to the seller must take place within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which he received the goods from Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s. The returned goods must always be returned to Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s and not retained by the customer, except obviously in cases where the return is made impossible due to force majeure. Following the return of the goods, Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s will evaluate and verify the actual damage or any alterations to the guarantee seal to confirm the correctness of the request and the effective right of withdrawal.
6. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, 14 euros will be deducted from the sum for the return of the goods.
7. The Right of Withdrawal, in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described above, is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:
A. The Return Form (or other explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract) must be correctly completed and sent to the seller within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products;
B. The products must not have been used or tampered with;
C. Products must be returned in their original packaging;
D. Returned products must be delivered to the shipping company no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product; If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in the previous paragraph, the Seller will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products according to the methods and terms set out below.
E. The sums will be refunded as quickly as possible and in any case, within 5 days of receipt of the goods with relative verification of the integrity of the product.
F. However, if the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the Customer will not have the right to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller. The Customer will be informed via email of the non-acceptance of the return and will have 14 days to communicate to the Seller if he chooses to regain, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, communicating this to the Seller himself. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
