GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
This contract is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. Of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206. The Contract has as its object the sale of movable goods between Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s and the consumer. The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the internet, following the invitation to offer content on the website www.michelangelocollezione.it and/ or through other distance selling systems of Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s, based on the methods described in the following article 3. These general conditions of sale and in particular, the information referred to in art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s. Any changes and/or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date on which they are communicated to the public and will apply to sales made starting from the aforementioned date. The latest updated version of the General Conditions is the one available on the Site.
PRICES
The sales prices of the products illustrated on the Site and/or through any other distance selling systems of Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s include VAT. and any other tax. Delivery costs are communicated on/from the Site and/or through any other distance selling systems of Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s and, in the case of a telephone order, repeated to the Customer by the operator appointed by Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s.
PURCHASE AND PAYMENT METHODS
In the case of purchase proposals sent via the Site, the Customer will receive a summary email from Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s, informing them that their purchase proposal is being processed and will be considered accepted, unless otherwise communicated and - email or telephone sent by Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s within 3 (three) calendar days from receipt of the summary email. Once this deadline has elapsed, the Internet Contract is to be considered perfected. The Customer will be allowed to choose one of the following payment methods: - payment via PayPal; - bank transfer (Request authorization – info@michelangelocollezioni.it); - Postepay top-up (Request authorization – customercare@michelangelocollezioni.it); - payment by credit cards; - any other means of payment indicated from time to time as valid by Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s.
PRODUCT PACKAGING AND DELIVERY METHODS
The packaging of the goods ordered through the Site is carried out directly by the Packaging Area of Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s, on site. Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s guarantees 100% the perfect integrity, complete closure and uniqueness of the packaging created by the Packaging Area. Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s will deliver the package within a few hours of the order to a manager of the company selected for shipping (the selected company will be communicated to the customer, Bartolini, SDA etc.). Leather Trend will communicate to the Customer the delivery of the package to the "courier" and the associated and unique Tracking Number. An email will be sent to the registration address with the courier tracking so you can monitor the shipment. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer within the terms established by the service of the company selected for shipping and defined during the online sale. The customer is informed and aware of these terms which, from time to time, vary depending on the type of order placed (weight, variable dimensions for the packaging of the goods).
SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost is broken down as follows:

• EUROPE = €20 COUNTRIES WITH CUSTOMS THE COST MUST BE AGREED
• EXTRA EUROPE = PRICE TO BE AGREED DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY OF COMPLAINTS
Any complaint, however, may be forwarded in writing to: Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s, via Cioppo San Vito 52, Solofra 83029 (AV) at (Centro Commerciale Sole) ordini@leathertrend.it The company Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s makes itself available towards of the customer to deal with possible problems encountered during the order and its fulfillment. However, Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s is not responsible for any misunderstandings and/or errors and/or losses attributable to the companies selected for the shipment.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s accepts Customer orders within the limits of the quantities of the requested products existing in stock. Therefore, the acceptance by Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s of the purchase proposal forwarded by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer declares and guarantees: - to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of the art. 3 of the Consumer Code; - to be of age; - that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.
SIZE CHANGE
If the size purchased is not the right one, we can replace it within 3 days of delivery by filling out the form on the site - CHANGE SIZE.
Thanks to our national couriers at a cost of €10.00 VAT included (payment by debit via the PAYPAL website)
you can take advantage of the service upon collection from the comfort of your home! The courier will collect the package containing the product to be replaced, you just have to seal the package with the return and wait for collection. As soon as you arrive at the company, we will take care of sending you the exchange of the new desired size on the same day. Through your email, you will be able to check the tracking of the package and wait for the courier comfortably at your home. For the exchange outside ITALY, the customer will be responsible for returning the goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days of receiving the products. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforementioned deadline, by sending an email to the email address info@michelangelocollezioni.it, or by means of a written communication sent to the headquarters of Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s, to be sent by letter registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by sending an email to the certified email address michelangelocollezioni@legalmail.it The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products intact, without causing any defects which would prevent their sale, to the address indicated in invoice, following the instructions contained therein and within 14 days of receipt of the products. The costs of returning the products are borne by the Customer as indicated previously in the ''shipping cost'' point. Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s will return the payment, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer: - the entire price paid by the Customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functions; - the part of the price equivalent to the product actually returned by the Customer who has consumed the product in an appreciable manner and/or such as to significantly diminish its value.
N.B: If you change size or make a modification to a product you lose the possibility of free returns. Alternatively, you could make an agreement with the company and take charge of all expenses incurred by the company.
WARRANTY
For products purchased by the Customer, the rules regarding guarantees and assistance relating to the sale of consumer goods are applicable to Michelangelo Collezioni S.R.L.s.
COURT OF JURISDICTION
The Contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the Contract will fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Avellino.
USE OF COUPONS
Coupons and discount codes cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be entered per purchase. Those who use discount coupons are not entitled to a free size change.
